| 1862 | The founder、Mr. Shoubei Aoyama started the sale of braids. |
| 1923 | The second, Mr.Shoubei Aoyama imported embroidery strings and laces from France. |
| 1935 | The third, Mr. Yoshiro Aoyama succeeded. |
| 1948 | Aoyama Company was established. |
| 1963 | The building of head office was constructed in Nagoya. |
| 1964 | Aoyama Industry Co. was established. National invention prize was awarded. |
| 1966 | The construction of Fuso factory of Aoyama Industry was completed. |
| 1971 | The annex of head office in Nagoya was constructed. Yellow Ribbon Medals of Honor was awarded. |
| 1973 | The company name was changed to K. K. Aoyama & Co. |
| 1976 | 5th Class Order of the Rising Sun was awarded to Mr. Yoshiro Aoyama. |
| 1979 | Mr. Ryuji Aoyama assumed the president of K.K. Aoyama & Co. |
| 1984 | The process of manufacturing Ribbon Bow was patented in USA and other 17 countries in the world. |
| 1988 | Opened Osaka brunch in Osaka |
| 1995 | Moved Tokyo brunch to Taito district in Tokyo |
| 2000 | Mr. Ryuji Aoyama assumed the position of the chairman of Hobby Association of Japan. |
